The parting of the Red Sea.
This is not part of a journal entry, because it happens all the time. When you have many things to do and only so many hours in the day, you can bend the rules when it comes to time and obstacles in your path. Now this is contingent upon necessity. If you are trying to show off and make a spectacle of yourself, then you may very well lose your abilities for a while. Our gifts are never to be taken lightly. Especially since they can save our own life and the lives of those we know or read for over and over throughout life. They are a most precious gift afforded to those who devote a portion of their life to grace and assistance of Spirit in any way that presents itself throughout our life.
So when I really need it, I am often given all green lights and traffic just quickly clears away in front of me as I travel through town. This is where the lights are normally set to not line up as green lights consecutively through long stretches of road. Sometimes I consciously create this effect and other times it is created for me. I also say a thank you whenever I can tell Spirit is helping me.
When I used to be taking my grandmother, Marian Azzolino, on her errands because she no longer drove a vehicle, she would sometimes say to me, "I see what you did with the parting of the Red Sea there." We would both smile. And that is what my family calls it. Those of us who are psychic in our daily life. The others just don't want to be, so they are not. If we choose to have gifts, then it is an option and once we earn those gifts, we just have them.
This is all from my mom's side of my family because it is from my grandmother Marian that we inherited our gifts. It’s so fun and exciting to talk to like-minded people or even people with an open mind to the possibilities, but most people only want to deal with the distractions of life that keep the masses from finding the truth. So many people have no idea where to start looking for anything else. Your angels and guides will bring whatever knowledge you seek. All you have to do is ask.
We are all products of our environment as we grow and go through life. If a person sees ghosts, naturally, they will believe in ghosts. If a person decided when they were little that they never wanted to see ghosts (probably because they were seeing them and didn't like the reaction of people they tried to tell), their ability to see ghosts would be immediately revoked. We can get it back, but things are most often forgotten very quickly as if they had never happened.
So! If you are waiting at a red light and it should have changed already, but strangely it took a lot longer than it normally ever did before and then one lone car came down the road and went through and then time picked back up again, it was probably me. Either that, or someone else doing the exact same thing. Because anyone can do this, they just need the knowledge, the will, and practice. Most people just assume life is always as it seems and nothing else could be possible because that's what they've been told.
