Once we learn to use our third eye and communicate with our Spirit Guides and Angels, we can astral travel and experience everything like it is here in real life every day. It quickly becomes second nature because it was all we knew before we came here to Earth to be born and live a life of trails and tests in a mortal body. What we do here in life everyday-that is what is new and strange. What I am describing here in this meditation, is what we all do for eons on the other side. So if this seems abstract and strange, keep reading and one day soon if you decide to remember who you are and use more of your brain to expand your abilities here in this life, it will become more natural to you than the rest of your life after you take off the mask covering your eyes when you meditate. It's as natural as breathing.
