This just means not being a sheep and following trends that blindly keep us victim to the whims around us.
This is a page from my Daytimer planner that I put some of my favorite quotes. I read this over and over throughout the years. I am not real big on writing down a bunch of vocabulary terms to study because I'd rather do it than read about it. But these are a few basic ones to help with beginning concepts to understand some things. Our minds do these things automatically. They have since before we were born here so you don't have to "learn" anything here in my blog. We all astral travel and go to the other side while we sleep. We can all access our memories from before this life to help us in the here and now. We can all talk to our guides and angels if we desire and know the unknown. See the unseen. We need just remember or ask for the answers we seek. God is mind. All the power in the universe is the power of the mind.
